4. Counter-Notice Process

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the removed content and its location before removal.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and will accept service of process from the party who filed the DMCA takedown request.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Kyynk follows a strict repeat infringer policy. If a user repeatedly uploads infringing content, their account may be suspended or permanently banned.
